This bar is made from cocoa beans from the coastal province Guayas, in Ecuador. It's located in the central area of the coast, in a region washed by the  Pacific Ocean and the Guayas river basin, the area with the highest production of the world-renown 'Cacao Nacional', also named as “Cacao Arriba”. Guayaquil is its capital, Ecuador's biggest city and a major port. 

 

Tasting notes: vegetable and earthy notes with a hint of orange. 

 

Ingredients: cacao beans, cacao butter, sugar, vanilla.
